As a designer at ClosetMaid, the home storage organization company, I would collaborate with project managers, 3D rendering artists, and creative directors to deliver comprehensive visual design solutions and enhance brand assets. My responsibilities included conceptualizing and implementing branding elements such as logos, color palettes, point-of-purchase displays, packaging, and graphic themes for new and established product lines. Additionally, I would produce promotional videos for various retailer websites including Lowes, Home Depot, and Menards to showcase new products effectively.
Private Label Packaging Designs
Scope: ClosetMaid utilizes the same products in multiple stores, however, they like to utilize private labels for each store to create individualism amongst each store. We needed to rebrand 200+ product packages to include the same information while creating two separate styles for Lowes and Home Depot.
Role: I explored various style options for the packaging styles for both Home Depot and Lowes, and ultimately settled on two distinct designs. Both options included identical information but were crafted using different approaches, incorporating unique layouts, image treatments, color schemes, and typographic hierarchies.

ClosetMaid Product Collateral
Scope: ClosetMaid required a series of product line-specific informational sheets and instruction guides for showcasing at trade shows, on their websites, and at various events.
Role: I incorporated product-specific details seamlessly into various print and digital materials, leveraging the distinctive branding of ClosetMaid.

Revolution Storage Ottoman Promo Video
Scope: ClosetMaid Revolution created a new storage ottoman specifically created for shoes. They wanted a promotional video to put on the ClosetMaid, Lowe's, and Home Depot websites to show some of the features of this new product.
Role: I served as the graphic and motion designer on this project. My responsibilities included crafting storyboards for the video, integrating all elements, and adding motion using Adobe After Effects.
Product Line Logo Designs
Scope: During my time at ClosetMaid, I was involved in the introduction of several new product lines, such as Revolution, a rotating storage series, and MaxLoad, a heavy-duty garage storage line. Each of these launches required the creation of corresponding logo designs that not only represented the products but also encapsulated the essence of what those products are.
Role: I brainstormed numerous logo concepts and then refined them using Adobe Illustrator. The selected logos for Revolution and MaxLoad subtly referenced their respective product lines, while maintaining a simple look to pair with the ClosetMaid logo. For Revolution, I incorporated a slight slant in the typography and integrated a rotational element in the design. Meanwhile, the MaxLoad logo adopted a robust, stamp-like appearance, exuding strength and durability.
